π Mentorship Programmes Team π
Oversees mentorship programs across the UK, US, EU, and our Graduate Programs, managing mentee screening, pairing, and support. Be the person who delivers a smile to 1,000s of students applying to their dream universities π
π« Mentor Outreach Team π«
Coordinates our mentor recruitment across the 31 universities around the world at which weβre active. Join us as we build on our pool of 1,000 inspiring mentors and take Project Access to new heights π
π― Mentee Outreach Team π―
Cultivates relationships with high schools, local & national stakeholders, scholarship providers, foundations, and other relevant entities to encourage mentee participation in our programs. Help us deliver access to education to more students than ever before β¨

Promotes the organization's mission through social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Implements media and PR outreach and manages the organization's blog.
π Talent and Culture Directorate π
Screens and recruits team members, develops onboarding processes, talent growth initiatives, and alumni relations. Plays a leading role in shaping the organization's culture.
π Technology, Data Science and Research Directorate π
Collects and analyzes data to identify growth opportunities, update inequality criteria, and generate annual impact reports. Develops the organization's product and improves its platform.

Reaches out to potential donors and partners to secure funding. Manages internal finances and prepares financial statements for board meetings.

Fosters collaboration between individual country teams, coordinates country bootcamps, and provides guidance to new Country Teams.
