Recruiting throughout the year and in various exciting positions, we’ll find the perfect place for you to grow together with us! Each role requires a certain time commitment per week, depending on the leadership level: from 3-5 hours for Officers, 5-7 hours for Managers, and 11+ hours for Global Directors.

We have a two-stage interview process: an initial cultural-fit interview where we assess your overall suitability for PA, and a role-specific interview with your chosen Directorate!

 

Part 3: Join our Team

If you pass the interviews, we’ll offer you the role and get you onboarded!

Oversees mentorship programs across the UK, US, EU, and our Graduate Programs, managing mentee screening, pairing, and support. Be the person who delivers a smile to 1,000s of students applying to their dream universities πŸš€

 

🏫 Mentor Outreach Team 🏫

Coordinates our mentor recruitment across the 31 universities around the world at which we’re active. Join us as we build on our pool of 1,000 inspiring mentors and take Project Access to new heights πŸ“ˆ

🎯 Mentee Outreach Team 🎯

Cultivates relationships with high schools, local & national stakeholders, scholarship providers, foundations, and other relevant entities to encourage mentee participation in our programs. Help us deliver access to education to more students than ever before ✨

Promotes the organization's mission through social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Implements media and PR outreach and manages the organization's blog.

🌟 Talent and Culture Directorate 🌟

Screens and recruits team members, develops onboarding processes, talent growth initiatives, and alumni relations. Plays a leading role in shaping the organization's culture.

Collects and analyzes data to identify growth opportunities, update inequality criteria, and generate annual impact reports. Develops the organization's product and improves its platform.

Reaches out to potential donors and partners to secure funding. Manages internal finances and prepares financial statements for board meetings.

Fosters collaboration between individual country teams, coordinates country bootcamps, and provides guidance to new Country Teams.
