Public Relations Officer

As a Public Relations Manager, you will be part of the Marketing and Public Relations team. You and the team will be responsible for the global image of Project Access across online and offline platforms – you will be the main form of contact for press/advertising platforms and in-charge of building strategic relations with the press/media to promote PA’s mission.

Has excellent communication skills
Thrives when working in a team setting
Able to work independently
Is proactive, organised and reliable.
Some responsibilities include:
Establishing relationships with public / university newspapers and media outlets
Organising media drops and crafting articles to highlight PA’s latest achievements
Brainstorming, writing and editing content for our website blog

The position is an unpaid, volunteer role that will demand 3-5 effective hours of work per week, with flexibility during the particularly busy times of year such as exams.
